1. General terms and conditions

We are TeamShuffle, the developers of a service for creating the best soccer matches with equal teams without unnecessary hassle and fuss.

The TeamShuffle service was developed by a Ukrainian specialist Sergey Posternak, who can be contacted at teamshuffleua@gmail.com.

The privacy of users of our TeamShuffle service, which is available on the teamshuffle.io website and through separate applications (the “Service”), is important to us and we make every effort to protect it.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly process personal data of children without appropriate consent.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection, processing and use of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy).

This Policy explains how we use your personal data.

This Policy sets out the procedure for processing personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, interaction with third parties, and the rights of the personal data subject.

2. Collection and use of personal data

We collect only those personal data that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by the User when using the Service, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, is the consent of the personal data subject to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing set forth in this Policy.

List of personal data of Users that may be collected, stored and used while using the Service:

  • Information about your computer, phone or other device, including your IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, and operating system;
  • Information about your visits to and use of the Service, including referral sources, length of visits, pages viewed and navigation paths;
  • Information about your phone number and or e-mail address that you used to register on our Service;
  • Information that you entered when creating a profile on our Service, for example: Your first name, last name, patronymic, nickname, age, gender, height, team name, location (city, region), other;
  • Information you entered while using the functionality of our Service;
  • Information generated when using our Service, including information about the time, frequency and conditions of its use;
  • Any other personal data you have sent to us.

The personal data that you have provided to us through our Service will be used for the purposes specified in this Policy. We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • administering our Service;
  • personalizing our Service for you;
  • enabling you to use the functionality available on our Service, for example: creating and managing football teams, organizing matches, tournaments and other activities;
  • sending you notifications, for example, informing you about Service updates, matches, events;
  • sending you emails that you have specifically requested, as well as sending you promotional materials, etc.
  • providing third-party companies with statistical information about our Users (however, these third-party companies will not be able to identify any individual User from this data);
  • processing inquiries and complaints made by or about you and relating to our Service;
  • to improve the operation of our Service;
  • to ensure the security of our Service and prevent fraud;
  • to verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our Service (including monitoring and enforcement of the terms and conditions of our Service).

We do not provide your personal information (personal data) to companies, organizations or other persons, except as described below.

We may provide access to and transfer your personal data to third parties without any separate and/or additional notifications, without changing the purpose of processing personal data within the scope of your rights as a personal data subject following the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

If the User is unwilling to provide personal data, the User is obliged to terminate registration and further use of the Service.

3. Disclosure of personal data

We undertake not to use, process or transfer the collected information in a manner that goes beyond the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. Personal data may be transferred only based on a court decision or in another manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, policyholders, professional advisors, agents, suppliers, or subcontractors to the extent and for the purposes outlined in this Policy.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies to the extent and for the purposes outlined in this Policy.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information:

  • where we are required to do so by law;
  • in connection with any current or future legal proceedings;
  • to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to other parties to prevent fraud);
  • to the purchaser (or potential purchaser) of any business or asset;
  • to any person who, in our reasonable opinion, may request a court or other authorized body to disclose such personal data and, in our reasonable opinion, such court or authorized body will issue an order for disclosure of such personal data.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as specified in this Policy.

4. Storage of personal data

Section 4 sets out our policies and procedures for the retention of personal data. These rules and procedures are designed to ensure that we fulfill our legal obligations to store and delete personal data.

The User has the right to delete their personal data by contacting the Service developer through the following actions:

  • Sending a written request to the e-mail address teamshuffleua@gmail.com with “Deletion of personal data” in the subject line.
  • Self-deletion of personal data in the profile on the Service (if such a function is available).

The User's personal data shall also be deleted in such cases:

  • Receipt of an appropriate order from the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or other authorized bodies.
  • The entry into force of a court decision on the deletion or destruction of personal data.

In case of self-deletion of personal data in the profile, the data is automatically deleted from the information systems of the Service.

The destruction of personal data is carried out in such a way as to make it impossible to further restore and identify the User.

The User also has the right to delete his/her account (profile). Deletion of the account (profile) is the basis for the immediate termination of the processing and storage of personal data.

If the User's account (profile) remains inactive for 2 (two) years, the Service administration reserves the right to delete the account and all related personal data.

Questions regarding the procedure for deleting personal data can be sent to the following email address: teamshuffleua@gmail.com with “Personal data” in the subject line.

Personal data that we process for a specific purpose or purposes shall not be stored for longer than necessary to achieve this purpose or these purposes.

5. Protection of personal data

We will take sufficient technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, or falsification of your personal data.

You acknowledge that you are aware that the transmission of information over the Internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the World Wide Web.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password to access our Service confidential. We will never ask you for your password (except when you try to log in to your account).

We do our best to protect you and our Service from unauthorized access to, alteration, disclosure or destruction of the information we store.

6. User rights

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide information at your request, within the limits of the applicable law.

You have the right to submit a reasoned request to object to the processing of your personal data, including for marketing purposes.

In practice, you will usually either agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes or we will provide you with the opportunity to opt out of the use of your information for marketing purposes.

You have the right to refuse to receive any advertising materials or other types of mailings by sending a request to the following e-mail address: teamshuffleua@gmail.com with the subject line “Refusal of advertising”.

You have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by the owner or manager of personal data to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the court.

You have the right to apply for legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a request to the following email address: teamshuffleua@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent”.

7. User responsibilities

When using the Service, the User is prohibited from:

  • register as a User on behalf of or instead of another person, i.e., create a “fake account”.
  • mislead Users about their identity, as well as any other false information;
  • download, store, publish, distribute and provide access to or otherwise use any information that:
    • contains threats, discredits, insults, degrades the honor and dignity or business reputation or violates the privacy of other Users or third parties;
    • is vulgar or obscene, contains foul language, contains pornographic photo-video materials, images, texts or scenes of a sexual nature;
    • contains scenes of violence or inhumane treatment of animals;
    • contains a description of means and methods of suicide, any incitement to commit suicide;
    • promotes and/or contributes to the incitement of racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity, promotes fascism or the ideology of racial superiority;
    • contains extremist materials;
    • promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions or guidelines for committing criminal acts, containing restricted information, including but not limited to state and commercial secrets, information about the private life of third parties;
    • contains advertising or describes the attractiveness of drug use;
    • is fraudulent;
    • and also violates other rights and interests of citizens and legal entities or the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, as well as the norms of international treaties, agreements, conventions, and protocols.
  • Send mass emails without the consent of the Service Users.
  • Place commercial and political advertising.
  • The User shall be personally responsible for any information posted on the Service, communicated to other Users, as well as for any interactions with other Users, at their own risk.
8. Cookies

Our Service uses cookies to provide you with certain personalized services and to distinguish you from other users of the Service.

A cookie is a piece of data that the server sends to the User's web browser. Cookies are used for analytics, performance and advertising purposes.

If at any time you wish to restrict, block or delete cookies from our Service (or any other website for that matter), you can easily do so through your browser. When you visit the teamshuffle.io website, we inform you about the use of cookies that are not strictly necessary. You agree to the use of such cookies when you click on the corresponding button of the pop-up cookie banner. If you refuse, the cookies will not be set.

The Service uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Functional cookies: allow Users to log in, save profile settings and use the basic functions of the Service.
  • Analytical cookies: help to understand how Users interact with the Service (for example, which pages they visit), which allows us to improve the functionality and content.

All changes come into force from the moment they are published. By continuing to use the Service, you confirm your acceptance of the new terms of the Policy in the version effective at the time of use of the Service.
